Job summary

JLand Group - JLG is seeking an Strategic Project Leadership professional to oversee the full project management lifecycle, from land acquisition through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and final close-out. You will establish governance, reporting structures, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic development goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles across land, design, construction and close-out.
• Ability to develop and implement PM frameworks, policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle from land acquisition to project close-out.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to improve delivery performance.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with Design, Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and comprehensive status reports for leadership.
