S&E ENTERPRISE SDN BHD, a growing furniture company based in Muar, Johor, seeks a Marketing & Sales Executive to develop overseas customers and support sales activity. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

The role focuses on international customer development, follow-up and sales support, with travel when required and a friendly, proactive team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–4 years in sales/marketing preferred.
• Experience in B2B/export/international business is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new overseas customers and business opportunities.
• Coordinate contact via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotes and product requirements.
• Prepare and send product details, catalogues and quotations.
• Arrange online meetings and travel schedules with overseas customers.
• Support international marketing and sales activities and hit monthly targets.

We are a growing furniture company based in Muar, Johor. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Marketing & Sales Executive to help us develop new overseas customers.

This position focuses on international customer development, customer follow-up and sales support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Search for new overseas customers and business opportunities.
• Identify potential furniture importers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors and business buyers.
• Contact potential customers through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Follow up with customer enquiries, product requirements and quotations.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information.
• Prepare and send product details, catalogues and quotations to customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer information and follow-up activities.
• Arrange online meetings between the boss and overseas customers.
• Help the boss arrange travel schedules and customer visits.
• Follow up on samples, orders, delivery schedules and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal team to support customer requirements.
• Support the company’s international marketing and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly customer development and sales targets.

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–4 years of sales or marketing experience are preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, export sales, international business, furniture or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.
• Able to write simple and professional emails and communicate with customers effectively.
• Familiar with digital marketing, social media, email, WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with marketing, content creation, graphic design or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Able to follow up with customers patiently and consistently.
• Responsible, proactive, creative and willing to learn.
• Good organisational skills and able to handle multiple tasks and campaigns.
• Able to understand basic marketing data and customer feedback.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.

What we offer

Salary & Benefits

For Fresh Graduate / Junior Candidate

Basic salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month

For Candidates with 1–2 Years of Sales or Marketing Experience

Basic salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500 per month
