Job summary

Ceria Chat in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level graduate to join our team for an 8-month program focused on marketing, sales, and AI. You’ll work on our AI chatbot product helping Malaysian SMEs respond faster, capture more leads, and support customers around the clock.

You’ll receive training on how AI works and its business applications, with potential to move into a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• University graduate under 35 (essential).
• Strong interest in marketing and sales.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable with social media platforms.
• Quick learner, proactive, collaborative.
• Experience in marketing/sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create simple, effective content for ads, posts and customer outreach.
• Research market trends and propose ideas.
• Support outreach and follow up with leads.
• Join sales calls and demos to understand client interactions.
• Track performance of campaigns and sales activity.
• Work with a small, fast-moving team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a young, energetic graduate to join our team at Ceria Chat. This is an entry-level role where you’ll be learning and doing at the same time, perfect if you’re early in your career and want real exposure to the worlds of marketing, sales, and AI. You’ll start by working on our AI chatbot product that helps Malaysian SMEs respond faster, capture more leads, and support their customers around the clock. Along the way, you’ll also get training in how AI works and how we use it to solve business problems. This is an 8-month program with the opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help run digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create simple, effective content for ads, posts, and customer outreach
• Research what’s working in the market and suggest new ideas
• Support outreach efforts and follow up with leads???
• Join sales calls and demos to understand how we work with clients
• Track performance of campaigns and sales activity
• Work closely with a small, focused team that moves fast and supports each other

Who We’re Looking For

• A university graduate under the age of 35 (essential)
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, or both
• Able to communicate clearly in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Comfortable with social media and digital platforms
• One to two years of work or internship experience is a plus, but not required
• Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative
• Positive attitude and curious about AI and new technology
