Job summary

QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Campaign Administrator to support campaigns, events, POSM distribution and e-commerce order processing. You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers and restaurants, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.

The role requires a Diploma in business/marketing, CRM or sales admin experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
• Experience in sales, customer relationship management or sales/marketing administration preferred.
• Basic understanding or experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures accurately.
• Good coordination and communication with internal teams and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Campaign Administration: provide administrative support for campaigns, promotions and events.
• POSM & Voucher Management: coordinate ordering, allocation, packing and distribution to restaurants.
• Monitor delivery schedules and maintain inventory and records.
• Assist in processing invoices and raise PRs in ERP systems.
• Process and monitor e-commerce orders submitted by Sales Representatives.
• Generate reports on POSM distribution, vouchers, orders and store updates.
• Support logistics and administrative requirements for marketing events.
