Hyred is seeking a Marketing Associate to support research, strategic development and proposal creation across client and internal projects. The role suits someone curious, analytical and commercially minded, able to turn insights into recommendations and supporting materials.

You will work with senior teams across strategy, creative and delivery, contributing to client solutions, new services and internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Branding, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, research, consulting, advertising or related environment.
• Ability to research unfamiliar industries and convert information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong written English and the ability to structure persuasive presentations and proposal content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting consumer brands, campaigns, retail, FMCG or market-entry projects would be advantageous.
• Portfolio or examples of research, strategic, proposal or presentation work would be beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Research & Insights: conduct market, industry, category, competitor, consumer and cultural research for client and internal projects.
• Translate research into clear findings, opportunities and practical strategic implications.
• Research trends across customer experience, retail, events, digital content, social media and emerging services.
• Check sources, facts, calculations and presentation content for accuracy before submission.
• Support development of brand, sales, marketing, campaign and market-entry strategies.
• Assist with target-audience profiles, customer journeys, positioning, value propositions and roadmaps.
• Prepare research and strategic inputs to support integrated proposals and recommendations.
• Contribute to development and packaging of new services, including scope and workflows.
