SWIFT SUPPORT SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a communications professional to lead and manage campaigns and collaborate with internal teams. The role emphasizes writing quality, stakeholder understanding, and analytics to optimise outreach across digital channels.

The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of multicultural experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills to support Swift’s global messaging and brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
• Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them.
• Build and send communications campaigns.
• Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.
