Job summary

Swift in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a communications professional to manage commercial and operational campaigns, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure all messaging is clear and well written.

The role requires at least three years in a multicultural environment, a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, and strong English writing skills. You will build campaigns, analyze metrics, and support digital channels including Swift.com.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and communication needs.
• Ensure all communications are well written by reviewing them carefully.
• Build and send communications campaigns.
• Create post-mailing analytics and measure metrics like bounce, click, and delivery rate.
• Support the team with content creation and management of digital channels (e.g., Swift.com).

What You Will Do

• Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
• Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them.
• Build and send communications campaigns.
• Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.

Who You Are

• A seasoned communications professional with at least three years’ experience in a multicultural environment.
• Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
