Job summary

Swift, based in Belgium, is seeking a seasoned communications professional for its global operations. The role focuses on creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns across multicultural teams.

You will work with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, review content for quality, and send campaigns while analyzing post-mailing metrics. A Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is preferred.

What you will do

Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs. Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them. Build and send communications campaigns. Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness. Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.

Who you are

A seasoned communications professional with at least three years’ experience in a multicultural environment. Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
