• Create post-mail analytics and analyse metrics (bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate).
• Support content creation and management of digital marketing channels (Swift.com).

What you will do

• Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
• Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them.
• Build and send communications campaigns.
• Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels, such as Swift.com.

Who you are

• A seasoned communications professional with at least three years' experience in a multicultural environment.
• Ideally, possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and in communications platforms, including content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
