Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative processes with accuracy and ownership.
• Prepare, track, and submit required documentation through Client systems in a timely and compliant manner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to navigate approval processes and project timelines.
• Support marketing content creation, including materials, approvals, distribution, and content management.
• Assist with external marketing events, including vendor management and post-activity documentation.
• Aid internal meeting coordination, project admin, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to marketing operational readiness for new product launches.
