Pfizer sucht im Kuala Lumpur Büro eine engagierte Assistenz im Protégé Programm – Marketing Vaccine. Sie unterstützen das Vaccine Marketing-Team mit administrativen Aufgaben und koordinieren die Erstellung sowie Pflege von Materialien, Präsentationen und Berichten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Kontakten, die Unterstützung des Linemanager bei Projekten und das Hochladen von Marketingmaterialien ins Pfizer-System.

Qualifications

• Bachelorabschluss in beliebigem Fachbereich.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Vaccine Marketing-Teams.
• Erstellung von Korrespondenz, Dokumenten, Präsentationen und Pflege von Unterlagen.
• Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Kontakten.
• Unterstützung des Linienmanagers bei Projekten und Implementierungen.
