Job summary

Grab seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager – Financial Services (Consumer Marketing) in Malaysia. You will own end-to-end marketing campaigns for PayLater, GrabPay, and lending products, collaborating with product, risk, CRM, brand, analytics, and legal teams.

Reporting to the Consumer Financial Services Marketing Manager, you will translate business objectives into targeted campaigns, manage timelines, and optimize the funnel while ensuring BN Malaysia compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2C marketing or product marketing in Malaysia.
• Experience driving multi-channel consumer growth campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consumer GTM campaigns for PayLater by Grab, GrabPay and lending products in Malaysia.
• Drive new consumer acquisition, onboarding, and repeat usage across credit and payment products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Own tracking and optimization of campaign metrics, testing, and ROI improvements across channels.
