Job summary

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, seeks a marketing communications professional for Grab Financial Group's Lending Operations. You will craft plans, produce assets, and coordinate campaigns across channels to drive awareness and adoption of lending products.

Based onsite in Petaling Jaya, you will collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful messaging while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in multiple Adobe Creative Suits products (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and many more) and Google Workspace
• Require basic HTML coding knowledge.
• Knowledge of SQL/ Phyton / Microsoft BI / Google Script / any scripting language.
• Passionate about communication and design.
• With the ability to tailor messaging for several audiences in English, Malay and Mandarin (added advantage) languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans that position Grab Financial Group's lending products for consumers, driver- and delivery-partners, and merchant-partners.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing materials, including in-app messages, brochures, infographics, content snippets, and social media assets.
• Partner with the Marketing team to ensure messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end communication setup process, coordinating team members and ensuring deliverables are accurate.
• Maintain an organised repository of communication plans, creative assets, and campaign materials for tracking and future reference.
• Analyse campaign and communication performance, recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Support GFG events and use AI tools and latest technologies for research, brainstorming, content development, and workflow improvement while maintaining brand and quality standards.
