Job summary

KAMPUNG GYM SDN BHD is seeking a marketing professional to own content and ads execution across all four branches. The role combines filming on the gym floor, editing on a laptop, and analyzing dashboards to drive business results.

You will manage cross-branch campaigns, multi-language content calendars, and budgets while delivering data-driven insights to management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Proven shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Comfortable analyzing performance reports and presenting data.
• Strong design sensibility (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).
• Own transport (will travel between 4 branches).
• Self-disciplined and reliable working remotely.

About you

Strong design sensibility (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)

Base salary: RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 (based on experience)

Performance bonus: 60% team performance (lead generation, CPL, revenue) and 40% personal performance (content output, ad performance, project execution)
