Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience, internship, or strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to support events and marketing activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and digital presence.
• Create engaging content for social media, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including posters, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Support company events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, media partners, and other relevant parties when required.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and social media engagement.
• Assist in maintaining consistent company branding and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to support business and promotional objectives.
