Job summary

Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd is hiring a Marketing Executive to support planning and execution of campaigns across our property development projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate materials, liaise with external partners, and manage digital channels to drive awareness and inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing within the property sector, strong market insight, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property development.
• Understanding of the local Kuala Lumpur property market and trends.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, property launches, roadshows and events.
• Prepare marketing and sales materials such as brochures and sales kits.
• Liaise with agencies, designers, printers and media partners for timely delivery.
• Manage and update digital marketing platforms including social media and website.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
• Monitor campaigns, prepare reports, and provide post-campaign recommendations.
• Prepare and track marketing budgets within approved allocations.
• Support launches and events with customer enquiries and on-site presence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Marketing Executive - Property Development

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Prepare and coordinate marketing and sales materials, including brochures, sales kits and other promotional collateral.

Liaise and coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printers, media partners, and other external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.

Manage and update digital marketing platforms, including social media channels and website content.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, project positioning, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.

Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities, prepare reports, and provide post-campaign feedback and recommendations.

Prepare and track marketing budgets, ensuring advertising and promotional expenditures are within approved allocations.

Provide marketing and sales support during project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional events, including attending to customers' enquiries when required.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

About you

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the property development industry.

Good understanding of the local property market and real estate trends.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
