Job summary

GROOVE GADGET GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a driven E-commerce Content & Campaign Specialist in Penang. You will manage product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, craft compelling pages, and drive content marketing to boost brand visibility.

You will respond to customer inquiries, collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, and plan online events during key sales periods, while staying ahead of gadget trends and optimizing ROI through analytics.

Qualifications

• Gadget & IT knowledge is mandatory and familiarity with consumer tech products.
• Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience on platforms like Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop.
• Excellent written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative and analytical mindset to generate ideas and interpret data from campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital ads and data reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Requirements / 任职要求：

Gadget & IT knowledge is mandatory – must be familiar with consumer tech (chargers, docking stations, power banks, etc.).
必须具备数码产品与 IT 基本知识，熟悉充电器、扩展坞、移动电源等产品。

Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
至少一年电商平台工作经验（Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop 等）。

Excellent command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia for writing and communication.
具备良好的英文与/或马来文书写与沟通能力。

Creative and analytical mindset – able to generate ideas and interpret campaign data.
具备创意思维与分析能力，能提出点子并解读活动数据。

Basic understanding of digital ads and data reporting.
