Shake Shack Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to support product and menu planning from concept to launch, and to plan and execute CRM campaigns, promotions, and delivery platform marketing.

The role involves analyzing sales performance, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Design teams, and driving marketing initiatives across channels. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands is an advantage.
Strong interest in product planning, CRM, promotions, delivery marketing, and sales analysis.
Good numerical and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to understand sales data and turn insights into practical marketing actions.
Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
Good communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilités

Support product and LTO planning from initial idea to launch.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify product, pricing, and consumer trends.
Support product positioning, pricing, launch plans, and promotional mechanics.
Monitor product performance after launch and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Design teams for smooth product launches.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and customer engagement activities.
Support customer segmentation and develop targeted offers based on customer behavior.
Plan promotional calendars based on business priorities and sales opportunities.
Develop initiatives to improve customer frequency, retention, and re-engagement.
Track redemption, transactions, sales uplift, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Plan and execute delivery promotions and campaigns across delivery platforms.
Develop promotional mechanics to drive delivery sales, transactions, and customer acquisition.
Monitor delivery channel performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing visibility across delivery channels.
Analyze sales performance by product, outlet, channel, promotion, and period.
Monitor KPIs and identify sales trends and opportunities.
Evaluate product launches and promotions based on sales uplift, product mix, redemption, and ROI.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for future products and campaigns.
Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Prepare campaign briefs, marketing calendars, presentations, and post-campaign reviews.
Coordinate marketing communication across in-store, digital, social media, CRM, app, and delivery channels.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Manage multiple projects and follow up closely on timelines and deliverables.
