Job summary

RISE Akademia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customer Relationship & Marketing Executive to drive CRM and marketing automation initiatives in Malaysia.

You will manage campaigns via WhatsApp and email, segment audiences, nurture leads, and collaborate with Sales to generate qualified opportunities, with a competitive base salary and performance incentives. The role rewards experimentation, data-driven decisions and growth into management, with opportunities for overseas learning and a dynamic learning

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Lead Generation or Marketing Automation
• Experience managing customer databases, leads or digital marketing campaigns
• Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation or messaging tools
• Able to write clear, engaging and action-oriented marketing messages
• Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer behaviour

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute CRM and lead nurturing campaigns through WhatsApp, Email and other digital channels
• Segment customer and lead databases based on interest, behaviour, location and buying stage
• Create engaging WhatsApp messages, promotional hooks and follow-up campaigns
• Reactivate existing and inactive leads through targeted campaigns
• Build and improve automated customer follow-up journeys
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to generate more qualified leads
• Track campaign performance including response rates, lead activation and conversion
• Conduct A/B testing on messages, offers, audiences and follow-up timing
• Continuously improve the customer journey from Lead → Engagement → Qualified Opportunity

Customer Relationship & Marketing Executive (RM4500-RM6000++)

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Executive who enjoys working with customer databases, WhatsApp campaigns, lead generation and marketing automation.

This role is different from a typical social media or content marketing position.

Your main focus will be on what happens after leads enter our database — segmenting them, engaging them with the right message, nurturing their interest, and generating qualified opportunities for our Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and execute CRM and lead nurturing campaigns through WhatsApp, Email and other digital channels

Segment customer and lead databases based on interest, behaviour, location and buying stage

Create engaging WhatsApp messages, promotional hooks and follow-up campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Lead Generation, Marketing Automation, Customer Engagement or a related field

Experience managing customer databases, leads or digital marketing campaigns

Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation or messaging tools

Able to write clear, engaging and action-oriented marketing messages

Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer behaviour

Comfortable working with campaign data and performance reports

Self-driven, organised and willing to experiment with new ideas

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

WhatsApp marketing or WhatsApp automation

CRM / Marketing Automation platforms

Retention or reactivation campaigns

AI tools for marketing and productivity
