Scientex (Skudai) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to execute campaigns, manage social media, coordinate with vendors, and support sales activities across digital, social, and traditional channels. The ideal candidate holds a marketing-related degree, is fluent in Malay and English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to travel and work on weekends/public holidays.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fluency in Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus.

This is a Marketing role responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating with vendors, planning events, analyzing performance, and supporting sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing tools and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and identity
• Manage and grow social media accounts to enhance visibility, engagement, and organizational presence
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to drive effective marketing initiatives
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing launch events, activities, and roadshows to support product awareness and outreach
• Prepare detailed marketing campaign reports and maintain the marketing database for tracking performance metrics
• Track and analyze competitor activities and market trends
• Assist in sales activities and work closely with the sales team

About you

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent command of both oral and written in Malay and English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Computer literacy and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Independent, results-driven, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets
• Proactive, dynamic and a good team player
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
