40FT CONTAINER SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead content creation and social media management for our KLIA outlets.

You will shoot photos and short-form videos featuring real guests and spaces and edit reels for Instagram, TikTok, and XHS, while coordinating a weekly content plan. The role requires a diploma in Marketing or related fields, 2–3 years of experience with a strong portfolio, and the ability to film in live environments.

We are seeking Marketing Executive position focused on content creation and social media management. You will shoot photos and short-form videos at our Hotel, featuring real guests and real spaces, and edit Reels and carousel content for Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.

Job Responsibilities

Shoot photos and short-form videos at our four KLIA outlets, featuring real guests and real spaces.

Edit Reels and carousel content for Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.

Develop and manage a weekly content plan and ensure content is posted according to schedule.

Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs), and forward booking-related enquiries to the relevant person or team.

Coordinate and host creator/influencer visits at our outlets and collect their content for review and use.

Maintain an organised content library, including raw footage, edited content, approved photos, and published posts.

Prepare weekly content performance reports and analysis.

Create marketing assets for campaigns, promotions, and partner collaborations.

Bring new content ideas and relevant trends into the weekly content plan.

Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience creating social media content, with a portfolio of Reels/videos that you have personally filmed and edited.

Comfortable filming and creating content in a live public environment with guests around.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage, especially for XHS.

Able to understand a brief and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Positive, friendly, and approachable personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable interacting with guests, creators, and team members.

Creative, energetic, and proactive in bringing new content ideas.

Plus point: Confident and comfortable appearing on camera when required.
