Job summary

GOLDEN CORN MARKETING SDN. BHD. in Melaka is seeking a driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the business.

You will create content for social media, websites, and promotional materials, conduct market research, and support events and campaigns. The role requires at least two years in marketing or sales, strong communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders; Chinese language ability is required.

About the role We are seeking a driven and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at GOLDEN CORN MARKETING SDN. BHD. in Melaka. As a full-time Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials

Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events and campaigns

Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably within the sales industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to measure and optimize marketing performance

Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
