Job summary

Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Accounts Executive to maintain and update accounting records, including trust and estate administration. The role covers full set of accounts, GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations, with preparation of financial statements.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and relevant accounting qualifications, at least 1 year post-qualifying experience, and strong knowledge of IFRS and MFRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or professional accounting degree with at least 1 year post-qualifying experience.
• Familiar with IFRS & MFRS, corporate tax regulations, Withholding Tax, Double Taxation and ISA.
• Strong analytical ability and sound judgement in decision making.
• Self-motivated, accurate, and able to work under pressure.

Maintain and updating accounting records and documentation (including trust and estate).

Handle the full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.

Preparation of financial statement (including trust and estate).

Responsible for client management and other administrative work such as filing.

Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree (ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or its equivalent) with at least 1 year post qualifying experiences.

Well versed with latest accounting standards (IFRS & MFRS), corporate tax regulations, Withholding Tax, Double Taxation, International Auditing Standards and other accounting related standard.

Have good common sense combined with the use of accurate and complete analysis of known information to make sound judgement in decision making.

Achievement oriented, self-starter, independent and possess high degree of self-motivation, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
