Job summary

You will manage social media, prepare quotations, coordinate trials, and work with R&D and production to support customer development.

The role requires 2+ years in sales and marketing, a marketing-related degree, strong copywriting, and proficiency in Canva/Adobe CS. Travel locally and overseas as needed.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Manage social media accounts and digital marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regular engagement with target audiences

Promote the company's engineering plastic compounds and customized material solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow up on sales inquiries, and negotiate with customers.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives

Work closely with the R&D and production teams to support customer development projects.

Provide technical product information and coordinate customer trials where required.

Achieve sales targets and support company growth.

Requirements

Preferably 30 years old and above.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing copy and presentations.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems

Candidates with experience in the plastics, polymer, resin, masterbatch, compounding or injection industry will have an added advantage.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willing to travel ( local and oversea ) for customer visits and business development.
