Job summary

MayAir Manufacturing Sdn.Bhd. invites you to join as Marketing Executive to support branding and growth by managing content creation, social campaigns, and promotions.

You will plan, develop, and produce engaging content, run social media advertising, and coordinate digital and print marketing to boost visibility.

The role also includes showroom tours, visitor presentations, and liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients, with English proofreading and copywriting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or Engineering required.
• 2 years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates with marketing enthusiasm are welcome.
• Proficiency in English proofreading and writing; Mandarin proficiency preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
• Plan, develop, and produce engaging social media content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Execute and monitor social media advertising campaigns to optimize reach and performance.
• Manage social media campaigns and develop creative digital and print solutions to support overall marketing strategies.
• Create, edit, and render high-quality photo and video content for marketing and promotional use.
• Conduct showroom and factory tours, providing visitors with informative and engaging presentations about the company and its products.
• Write, edit, and proofread creative marketing copy for newsletter distributions in both digital and print platforms.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s social media chatbot and WhatsApp business line, providing prompt responses to customer enquiries and ensuring a positive online customer service experience.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives and events to generate qualified sales leads and support the company’s revenue growth.
• Coordinate and support promotional activities, events, and media interviews.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
