Job summary

Arachem (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join its lean and dynamic team. You will primarily manage LinkedIn and Instagram, create engaging content, and support marketing activities across multiple business units.

The role covers campaigns, digital/print materials, event support, and website updates. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is advantageous with proficiency in Canva/Adobe tools.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of marketing experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design tools.
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva Video, etc.).
Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media management tools.
Basic understanding of digital and content marketing.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing.
Develop creative content, campaigns, graphics, short-form videos, reels, and promotional materials.
Design digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, EDMs, and event materials.
Assist with photography and video recording at events and company activities.
Update website content, images, banners, and news.
Support digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing campaigns.
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, exhibitions, tradeshows, and other events.
Support marketing reporting, collateral development, corporate gifts, and other marketing activities.
Work with internal teams to deliver marketing requests effectively and on time.
