Job summary

New Chen Yamaha Motor in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to support planning and execution of campaigns, events, activations, partnerships and commercial marketing initiatives. • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management or a related field.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, activations, campaign management or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship, event or marketing experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
• Hands-on and comfortable working on-site during events and activations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for motorcycle sales, product launches, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage events such as roadshows, launches, customer events, community rides and brand activations.
• Manage campaign timelines, vendors, suppliers, agencies, event logistics and marketing deliverables.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop promotions that drive enquiries, showroom traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, creators, riding communities and external collaborators.
• Prepare campaign briefs, promotional mechanics, marketing materials and communication plans.
• Support content, photography, video and social media execution as part of wider campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across showrooms, events, digital platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Track campaign performance including leads, attendance, engagement, enquiries and sales outcomes.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and identify opportunities to improve future activities.
