Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of analytical experience and strong business understanding.
• Ability to narrow options to best approach and own ambiguous problems.
• Guide decisions across teams and senior partners.
• Expert in data storytelling and creating dashboards.
• Fluent in SQL, Python or similar, comfortable with large data and ETL.
• AI-first mindset with curiosity to experiment with new tools.
