Job Overview

Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Executive at Mep Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, M07, MY. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to oversee marketing activities and support sales and business development initiatives. The role involves planning and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations and business proposals, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with Management, customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive marketing activities and achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee the entire marketing department activities.
• Responsible in planning and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and etc.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for Management.
• Prepare quotations, costing analysis, and business proposals with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform calculations, pricing analysis, and data evaluation for trading and sales activities.
• Responsible for attending sales enquires, preparation and follow up on quotation and customers feedback.
• Monitors competitor products/services, sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain good and strong relationship with clients.
• Assist in developing new marketing opportunities and supporting business development activities.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing customers and suppliers.
• Assist in supervising and guiding junior marketing staff, where applicable.
• Perform other marketing-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or the equivalent .
• Ability to engage customers maturely and address objections confidently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
• Excellent in problem solving, aggressive and perseverance.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking teams or partners.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,200.00 per month
