We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager with a strong branding and strategic marketing background to lead, shape, and elevate our brand voice — both internally and externally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Strategy & Development – Define and implement branding and marketing strategies to strengthen the agency’s market positioning. Develop brand identity, visual direction, and marketing collateral. Explore and pursue brand recognition opportunities (e.g., awards, partnerships, PR features).
- Market Research & Insights – Lead market and competitor research through surveys, focus groups, and reports. Analyze insights to translate findings into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Marketing Planning & Campaigns – Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Oversee campaign budgets, performance tracking, and risk mitigation. Collaborate cross-functionally with the content, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage the agency’s marketing presence across digital (social media, website, SEO, PR, email/CRM) and offline (ATL/BTL, events, influencer engagement) channels. Ensure messaging remains fresh, consistent, and aligned with brand goals.
- Campaign Execution – Lead rollout of brand launches, events, and engagement initiatives. Manage inbound leads, CRM systems, and customer databases to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and inspire the Marketing & Communications team. Set clear KPIs, recruit top talent, and foster a culture of creativity and performance excellence.
- Performance & Reporting – Present market findings, campaign performance, and key insights to stakeholders. Deliver data-driven monthly reports showcasing marketing ROI and strategic impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in branding, communications, and marketing strategy (agency, tech, AI, or creative industries preferred).
- Strong grasp of ATL, BTL, digital, and PR marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
