Job summary

Obiguard is seeking a Marketing Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to turn pipeline, campaign, and product usage data into actionable insights. You will identify which channels drive qualified pipeline, which messaging resonates with security buyers, and where spend is optimized.

You will partner with founders and sales on go-to-market decisions, with a forward-deployed component for field insights. You’ll build dashboards, analyze data, run tests, and report on CAC, pipeline velocity, and

Qualifications

2+ years in marketing analytics, growth, or demand generation, ideally B2B SaaS or security.
Fluent with analytics tooling (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, HubSpot or similar CRM) and comfortable writing SQL.
Strong written communication capable of turning a dataset into a one-paragraph recommendation.
Able to operate with ambiguity in an early-stage environment with limited historical data.
Genuine interest in enterprise security or AI; not required to be technical.
Comfortable with extended client-site deployments, up to three-week on-site stints during campaigns.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and funnel conversion across channels.
Analyze website, content, and product usage data to identify what drives enterprise pipeline.
Run and measure A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and lifecycle messaging.
Partner with founders on positioning and messaging for new product launches and compliance frameworks.
Produce regular reporting on CAC, pipeline velocity, and marketing-sourced revenue for leadership.
Monitor competitor positioning and the AI governance/AI security landscape.
