Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Support to help monitor the Commercial department's spending and ensure smooth payment processes.

The role involves coordinating payable tasks, raising purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods received notes while maintaining high confidentiality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, with exposure to airline, e-commerce, startups, or platform environments considered a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking the Commercial department's spending.
• Design and follow payment flow to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Coordinate interdepartmental payable tasks related to commercial activities.
• Assist in processing payables, including purchase requests, purchase orders, and GRNs.
• Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
