Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an Account Payable Analyst (Payment) to manage AP payments, produce analytic reports, and monitor data quality. The role involves ensuring timely processing, supporting audits, and participating in process improvements. Suitable for Junior & Senior levels with relevant AP experience.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional SSC activities, UAT participation, and ongoing professional training within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• Good understanding of P2P process and controls.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant AP payment experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and Shared Services background with regional exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytic reports and accounting schedules; review for irregularities and develop action plans.
• Monitor data quality and perform peer checks on data accuracy.
• Respond to queries and resolve issues in transaction handling per SOP to ensure timely completion.
• Act as SME on P2P payment process and procedures.
• Review monthly reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are resolved within timeframes.
• Support internal/external audits and process improvements.
• Involve in UAT and support enhancement projects; contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Identify repeat issues or risks and contribute to improvement initiatives.
