Qualifikationen

• STPM/ Diploma or bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2–3 years of marine logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English and at least one additional language.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Multi-language ability prioritized.

Aufgaben

• Update ship schedules after sales orders and contact agents.
• Arrange land and sea transport for goods delivery.
• Control operating costs within SOP and budget.
• Cross-check daily Delivery Notes and Customer Feedback.
• Follow up Delivery Note collection after delivery.
• Coordinate returns to RMS and care-off parties.
• Assist boarding officer with warehouse/purchaser during boarding.
• Coordinate sales, purchases, warehouse and boarding officer for smooth delivery.
• Complete tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
• Enhance safety and wear PPE per regulations.
