Job summary

CMA CGM Malaysia is seeking a logistics specialist for daily empty equipment and depot coordination. You will ensure accurate equipment availability, coordinate with depots and terminals, and support on-hire/off-hire processes across East Malaysia and Brunei as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields, with 2–3 years in logistics or container liner operations. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Good understanding of container equipment flows, depot operations, empty returns and transport coordination.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Monitor MTY container stock across depots and locations and report findings.
Coordinate empty nominations, returns, releases and acceptance with depots and terminals.
Support on-hire and off-hire processes with depots, lessors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare operational reports and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.
