Job summary

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd is hiring a Manufacturing Digitalisation Senior Engineer to lead factory-wide Industry 4.0 initiatives in a large, modern manufacturing complex in Johor. You will orchestrate digital transformation, deploying real-time analytics, data governance, and integrated MES/WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IoT, Smart Manufacturing or related.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing information systems or digital transformation.
• Hands-on with MES, WMS, QMS, APS or PLM; data analytics or industrial AI.
• Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Mandarin a plus)

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement factory digitalisation and smart manufacturing projects.
• Deploy, integrate and maintain MES, ERP integration, WMS and digital twin solutions.
• Manage data governance and drive data-led improvements.
• Deliver solutions for production efficiency and real-time analytics.

• Train relevant personnel on new systems.

The Role

Lead factory-wide digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives at a large, modern manufacturing complex.
