Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to operate production machinery in automotive battery manufacturing. You will monitor and inspect products during production, ensuring all outputs meet the company’s strict quality standards and comply with SOPs.

You will work in a controlled cleanroom environment, wear the required full jumpsuit and follow 5S and safety protocols. The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00) with overtime as scheduled.

Job description

You will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining high product quality and ensuring strict adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols in a leading manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

Efficiently operate production machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing of automotive batteries

Monitor and inspect products during the production process to ensure they meet the company's strict quality standards

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and factory safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment

Work comfortably within a designated cleanroom environment while wearing the required full jumpsuit/smock

Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the assigned work area (5S practice)

Perform rotating 12-hour shifts and support overtime (OT) requirements as scheduled by management

About you

Minimum SPM or equivalent (Physical certificate must be presented)

Fit-to-work with good stamina to handle manufacturing operations and long standing hours

Willing and able to work a rotating shift system (3 days work, 3 days off) with hours from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Highly disciplined, punctual and willing to take on overtime (OT) when necessary
