Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to supervise preventive maintenance of battery production equipment and perform routine upkeep. The role involves training for Preventive Maintenance, rectification work, and ensuring all activities meet safety standards.

Requirements include a diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, plus English and Malay proficiency. Fresh graduates with related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in mechanical, electrical, electronics or mechatronics.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering background.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering; drafting and tolerance analysis.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and participate in preventive maintenance per plan.
• Provide preventive maintenance training and rectification.
• Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts to keep equipment optimal.
• Record maintenance activities and results.
• Ensure safety and operational standards compliance.
• Cooperate with team to minimize downtime.
• Report hazards or improvement suggestions to supervisors.

Description du poste

1.Regularly supervise and participate in preventive maintenance of battery production-related equipment according to the maintenance plan.

2.Responsible for conducting Preventive Maintenance skill training and rectification for process section MEs.

3.Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts as needed to keep equipment in optimal condition.

4.Record maintenance activities, including inspection results, parts replaced, and any repair work performed.

5.Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards.

6.Cooperate with other team members and production departments to minimize equipment downtime.

7.Report any potential hazards, abnormalities or improvement suggestions to supervisors.

Requirements

1.Diploma or above (Mechanical, electrical, electronics and mechatronics).

2.Proficient in English and Malaysian language.

3.Preferably in Manufacturing Industry experience & Equipment maintenance experience. Fresh graduate with related engineering background are also encouraged to apply.

4.Professional requirements: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

5.Possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering; familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical drawing, and tolerance analysis.

6.Other Requirements: Possess a strong work ethic, proactive and enterprising attitude.
