Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN LIFEWORK SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a dedicated Soldering Operator to handle daily production operations, including assembly, testing, and inspection of modules and devices, according to production plans.

You will perform manual soldering of electronic components, read and follow drawings and work instructions, inspect joints for quality, report defects, and rework as needed, while maintaining records and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production operations including assembly, testing, and inspection.
• Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep production records and paperwork up to date.
• Follow safety protocols and work instructions closely.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform manual soldering of electronic components, wires, and PCB assemblies.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect solder joints to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report defective materials or workmanship.
• Rework and repair solder joints when required.
• Handle components and materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Operate and maintain soldering equipment and tools properly.
