Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Soldering Operator to support daily production of modules and devices in Penang. You will perform manual soldering, inspect work, and follow drawings and procedures to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

This role requires careful handling of components, adherence to safety rules, and collaboration with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflows. Experience with soldering equipment and basic manufacturing practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production operations including assembly, testing, and inspection per production plans.
• Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely task completion.
• Keep production records and paperwork up to date.
• Follow safety protocols and work instructions closely.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Perform manual soldering of components, wires, and PCB assemblies.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect solder joints to meet quality standards.
• Identify defects and report workmanship issues.
• Rework and repair solder joints when required.
• Handle components carefully to prevent damage.
• Operate and maintain soldering equipment and tools properly.
