Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline required or preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, Education, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify team members for new and existing operators.
• Deliver onboarding, certification, and recertification training for production personnel.
• Provide cross-training and multi-skill development to improve workforce flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ECNs, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor operator competency through assessments and production verifications.
• Track training records and certifications using Workday, OTP, and TNA.

In this role you will also need to communicate any process/piece-part/flow changes to the line, work with Supervisor to improve operator performance/efficiency. Other responsibilities include contributing to the safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.Responsibilities and Tasks: Train and Certify Team MembersConduct operator onboarding, certification, and recertification training for new and existing manufacturing personnelDeliver cross-training and multi-skill development programs to improve workforce flexibility. [Ensure compliance with training requirements, SOPs, OPLs, ECNs, and manufacturing standards.Monitor and verify operator competency through certification assessments and production lot verification activities.Provide shift-to-shift training briefings and communicate process, quality, and operational updates.Support workforce readiness by tracking certifications, training records, and skill matrices using systems such as Workday, OTP, and TNA.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive operator upskilling, re-certification, and capability development to maintain production efficiency and quality performance.Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining training compliance and documentation.Coach and mentor operators on manufacturing processes, quality expectations, safety requirements, and best practices.Ensure all Training KPIs are metAdditional Responsibility: AI Adoption & Digital LearningLeverage AI and Digital Tools in Daily Operations Utilize approved AI tools to improve training effectiveness, productivity, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
