Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to established schedules.
• Conduct equipment inspections and health checks to identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Assist in equipment setup, qualification, conversion, and recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure equipment operates within specification and meets quality requirements.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing equipment data for process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.
• Participate in equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality requirements; follow SOPs and cleanroom protocols.
• AI & Digital Skills: Basic proficiency in AI and digital tools for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement; experience with AI-assisted productivity tools is an added advantage.
