Job summary

Bromma (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager (Production Engineering) to strategically manage projects that enhance production systems, machinery, or assembly lines, while aligning with budget, direction, and timelines. The role also oversees CAPEX/OPEX investments and drives NPI programs.

In addition, you will lead process engineering efforts to improve manufacturing processes, conduct time studies, design fixtures, prepare Work Instructions, and upgrade equipment and tools, ensuring safe,

Responsibilities

Strategically manage projects to enhance new production systems, machinery, or assembly lines, aligning with goals, timelines and budget.
Manage CAPEX and OPEX investments.
Oversee project management and execution.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Develop and implement strategies for manufacturing process improvement.
Address manufacturing processes: time studies, jigs & fixture arrangements, etc.
Prepare and document Work Instructions.
Lead research, development and upgrade of equipment, tools, jigs and fixtures.
Provide expertise on jigs, fixtures, tools and equipment to stakeholders.
Maintenance: ensure smooth operation of factory machines and minimize downtime.
Facilities: manage assets/infrastructure for a safe, efficient work environment.
Security Management: manage team of security officers and systems.
Administration: manage admin staff for factory management.
