Job summary

AEL Engineering Sdn Bhd in Perak is seeking a qualified engineer to lead production lines and ensure timely, quality manufacturing. Diploma and above in mechanical fields with 2+ years in a mechanical/mechatronics environment are preferred.

You will monitor production, update control charts, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with management directives and ISO requirements. Strong computer literacy is expected, ISO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in mechanical, material, industrial or mechatronics engineering or any major.

Responsibilities

• Request packaging materials and WIP based on job loaded to production.
• Monitor daily production per schedule.
• Upgrade production productivity.
• Update and generate daily production process control charts and perform analysis and countermeasures.
• Oversee all activities by subordinates to ensure con signed jobs are properly carried out.
• Ensure all directives and policies from management are implemented.
• Foster and coordinate harmonious industrial relations.
• Procure necessary accessories/tools/stationeries for production.
• Perform Line Leader on job training and assessment.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits as necessary.
• Draft ISO documents related to Production NCT Department - Prod. Assembly.
• Perform other duties as deemed by management.
