Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering solutions for manufacturing of parts and assemblies based on engineering principles and specs.
• Implement time standards, layouts, tooling, and processes for subsystems and new products.
• Develop cost estimates, capacity models, and tooling recommendations.
• Monitor factory performance indicators and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with management and external partners on processes, standards, and compliance.
• Contribute to project teams delivering cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions.
