Qualifications

• Four-year degree or commensurate work experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Certifications like Six Sigma and APICS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs portions of engineering solutions for manufacturing of parts and assemblies.
• Collaborates with internal and outsourced partners for product development and manufacturing.
• Establishes and maintains manufacturing processes for new products throughout the lifecycle.
• Develops and distributes manufacturing documentation for design, configuration and build requirements.
• Implements time standards, layouts, and tooling requirements for subsystems and new products.
• Partners with manufacturing engineers and suppliers to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Identifies opportunities to improve tooling, cycle time, utilization and costs, and communicates plans.
