Job summary

Gultech (Malaysia)Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineer to interpret and analyze customer data to evaluate project requirements and feasibility, ensuring alignment with both client needs and production capabilities.

You will compare in-house manufacturing capabilities and design rules against customer specifications to raise and manage EQs, prepare production sample data and changeover data, and establish production processes with BOM, drawings, and CAM instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and Inplan; CET4 certificate.
• Ability to optimize design from the site perspective.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze customer data to evaluate project requirements and feasibility.
• Compare in-house manufacturing capabilities and design rules against customer specifications to raise and manage EQs.
• Prepare production sample data and mass production changeover data; establish production processes; and provide Bills of Materials (BOM), monitoring drawings, and CAM production instructions.
• Monitor and track the daily status of active samples to ensure smooth progression and timely updates.
