Responsibilities

• Manage production area to meet schedules, quality and cost objectives.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and retention of Line Managers and Managers in Training.
• Develop training curricula and succession plans for leadership positions.
• Set and track operational goals, monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate large teams during crises and ensure fair recognition and rewards.
