Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in production management within electronics manufacturing or EMS.
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing, production planning, yield improvement and line efficiency.
• Experience managing multiple production lines, supervisors and production teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve production targets, delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Develop production plans based on customer orders, manpower availability, materials and machine capacity.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, yield, downtime and manpower utilization.
• Manage production supervisors, line leaders and operators.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse departments to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce scrap and minimize production costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, ESD requirements and production safety standards.
• Investigate recurring production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare production performance reports and present operational updates to senior management.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process changes and production ramp-up.
