Job summary

Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Management System (MMS) Executive in Penang to maintain and improve Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

The role involves leading internal and supplier audits, coordinating certification activities, and ensuring timely training and documentation across the plant. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude under tight schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit & Quality Management System compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Lead and perform system audits, including pre-audit planning.
• Coordinate and execute plans to maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Liaise with certification bodies for yearly renewals.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and prepare findings summaries.
• Handle customer audits as assigned.
• Ensure ISO documents are properly arranged and up to date.
• Assist supervisor to meet QMS KPI.
• Ensure new employees are trained on QMS.
• Organize and maintain the plant Internal Audit system and corrective action reporting.
• Coordinate MMS programme and organize TQM activities annually.
• Ensure effective implementation of QMS and overall product quality.

Job Function / Responsibilities / Authorities:

Audit & Quality Management System

Responsible in ensuring the integrity of the company's Quality Management System in compliance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & Regulatory requirements.

Responsible to lead & perform system audit activities, to include pre audit planning.

Coordinate & execute plan to maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001

To liaise with certification body (IATF16949; ISO 9001; 2015 & Regulation) for yearly certification renewal.

To coordinate & manage the internal quality audit and prepared the summary of the findings

To handle any audit from customer that being assigned.

To ensure ISO documents always in proper arrangement and systematic.

To assist immediate superior to meet QMS KPI

To ensure new employee undergo training on QMS

Organize & maintain the plant Internal Audit system and corrective action reporting system

Manufacturing Management System

To coordinate and execute plan for MMS programme

To organize TQM activities annually.

Responsible in ensuring TQM implementation at all parties involved in the production process accountable for the overall quality of the final product or services.

To prepare monthly report for MMS progress

Job Requirements:
